  • Buying a home can feel like an overwhelming experience. When I first meet with buyers, I carefully explain the process of buying a house and answer any questions they might have.
  • I listen closely to what my clients are looking for. I help them clarify and articulate what’s important to them in their home search.
  • I help them determine if what they’re looking for is realistic.
  • I work closely with clients to create a customized search based on their home and neighborhood preferences, budget, and schedule.
  • I sign a contract with buyers and commit to working hard for them.

I help buyers find the right home.

  • Each day I search for homes that closely match my client’s criteria.
  • I take them to look at homes and help them determine whether the properties are a good value.
  • I network with realtors in my company to find other homes that might not be on the Multiple Listing Service.
  • If there is a scarcity of what my buyers are looking for, I contact homeowners in specific neighborhoods to see if they’re interested in selling. 

I stay in close touch with our buyers their way.

  • I provide regular updates to my clients via text, e-mail or phone, depending on their preference.
  • I return texts, calls and e-mails immediately.

I help buyers make a strong offer.

  • Once my clients have found the right home, I write up the purchase agreement and help them determine the right strategy for their offer.
  • I present the offer to the sellers and their agents in a professional manner.
  • I negotiate for my buyers in the case of any counter-offers.
  • I offer recommendations on professional home inspectors and help them through this process.

I manage the process between the offer and the closing.

  • After an offer has been accepted, I work with loan officers, appraisers, closers, and other professionals to help ensure that the closing happens on time.
  • I stay in close touch with our clients as I move toward the final details of closing on the home.
  • I accompany my buyers through the closing.
  • I do a “walk through” with my buyers prior to closing to make sure the home is in good shape.
  • I attend the closing and help explain the process.
  • I serve as a resource for homeowners.
  • After my clients move into their new home, I am available to help them with any final questions and the process of settling-in.
  • I can recommend a wide network of wonderful home service professionals who can help new home owners with construction, repair, and maintenance needs.
  • I have relationships with great lenders who have up-to-date information on products for refinancing or home equity loans.
  • I am ready to help you sell or buy your next house!
